The responsibility for the content and/or material of advertisements placed by advertisers (“Material”) lies solely with the advertiser.

Time Maison / timemaison.com does not own the rights to ads posted by users, nor is it involved in the process of agreements, payments, deliveries, or after-sales processes between sellers and buyers. The obligation for the delivery of goods or services that occur through the Service or as a result of visits and successful offers made by users is made freely between the seller and the buyer.

5. Time Maison is not responsible and has no obligation for temporarily unavailable Services due to technical issues beyond our control. Through the Service, you may be linked to other websites that are not under our control. 11. Any loss resulting from the use of personal data or user accounts suspected of violating the law and/or being misused by unauthorized parties;

(i) obtained the necessary approvals and/or permits,

(ii) the required approvals and/or permits are still valid, and

(iii) the advertised products and/or services are not prohibited from being traded generally under applicable laws and regulations.

By accessing the Service, users unconditionally and unreservedly accept and agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. Users also agree not to:

Using the Service in any manner that would disable, overburden, damage, or impair, or interfere with the use of the Service by others, including, but not limited to, the ability of any user to engage in real-time activities through the Service;

Indemnification

Execution of Activities
